Open D6 Space Cyber with add button not keeping data

Data that I add into these repeating rows is disappearing sometimes when I move from character sheet to one of the other tabs and sometimes only after I close the sheet.  How do I address this?  I also created a modified one where I first saw the behavior but then opened the original and the issue persisted.  Is this a sheet issue or a bug else where?  Thanks for the help

I figured it out they were missing names for the elements that wouldn't store data.  Resolved.
