Use windows popouts for characters - option

Note sure if this is a bug or by design but when you check the box for 'Use window popouts for characters' the following happens; When you have your character sheet open and in a section that has repeating fields, you can no longer grab and sort those fields.  When you open.a handout or character sheet as a gm, the buttons for 'Show to Players' , 'Show Popout', and Zoom are not there. In fact the sheet or handout opens as if you had pressed the 'Show Popout' button. Mind you I tried this in only 4 or 5 different character sheets but the results where the same.
