I am trying to upload a jpg image file that is 17.4 MB.  However, the file will not upload.  I have tried selecting the file in the folder.  However, I waited for 20 minutes without any luck.  I have a fast internet connection, so speed should not be an issue.  Any help that you can provide would be appreciated.

A file that big is probably higher resolution than you need for Roll 20. Try loading it into Gimp or Photoshop and dropping the resolution down a bit. Realistically this file would tax your player's computers and run very slow.
