Plus Member and Can't Upload More Than 5MB Per Asset Bug?

Hello all! :) I've been trying to upload pictures that weight more than 5MB and it doesn't work even though I'm a plus member and supposed to be able to upload up to 10MB per asset. Is that a temporary bug or something else? Thanks ahead, rui.

Were you attempting to multiple assets at once? The 10MB cap restricts the cumulative file size of all assets uploaded at one time. As such, it is not possible to simultaneously upload two assets that are both above 5MB; each would have to be uploaded separately. For more information, please see: Uploading Art

No, I was trying to upload only one picture. The thing is, it's just stuck forever, I don't get an error message or something. I know it's not an my internet that is problematic because I tried to upload other heavier pictures to other sites and it worked. I tried to upload from Firefox and from Chrome, if that matters (not at the same time of course). Here is the stuck screen:

Sadly, it didn't work (tried again after I disablled all extansions and cleared cache on both Firefox and Chrome), but apperently it is alright while I'm uploading the same picture while I'm in the game itself. It's stuck on the "headline-picture" on the enterance of the game. Have a quick suggestion to try. Run your image through gimp or a 3rd party photo program and export it as a jpg or png then try to upload it. Sometimes an image has something hidden in it's layers or it's format might not be correct. Running it through a 3rd party photo software usually repairs or fixing those problems.

I did so, through Paint.NET, and that's the image I was trying to upload. I took a small image and simply made it larger in the program, then saved and tried to upload it, as I did many times successfully. Yeah, I had this one on my computer before as well. It works, it's size is ~700kb. I'm more concered about the problem itself than the picture, as it may return again and again...

Alright, I understand, didn't know that. I saved the image as a JPG now and it dropped from 7MB to barely 1MB without dropping in quality. Sience I can drop it so sharply It's fine, althrough just in order to try it I tried uploading a 7MB JPG file and it was stuck again. I'm quite fine with that now that I have this great solotion, but just checked it in case you need more information. Thank you for your time and for helping me! :)
