Hey all! Our group keeps running into a rash of players who can't play during the session. We're looking for someone who can commit to a weekly session at noon PST. A bit about me, I've been playing DnD on and off for a while. Cut my teeth on 3.5 and have 4-5 years there and about a year with 5e. I'm looking to make a fun experience. I'm happy to discuss applications of certain rules if you feel I apply something incorrectly or misunderstand something, but I may houserule some things to make things more interesting/fun. PHB, SCAG are allowed. I allow most UA content, just bring it up with me first. I prefer to stay with WotC approved classes. Matt Mercer's Gunslinger and Bard seem balanced so I'm open to them, but as a whole, prefer to stay away from Dandwiki classes. Character stats are either standard array, pointbuy, 3d6 1 reroll or 4d6d1, no reroll. Both rolls have a Mercy threshold of 65. Please have a mic and Discord. If you're interested, please tell me a bit about yourself: Name: Age: Experience playing DnD: Player Name: Class: Rough Background if you have it: We are running a heavily homebrewed Out of the Abyss. If you've read the book, you will still be surprised at how things go. The party has escaped the Drow and are now in Gracklstugh, where they have several choices before them including a casino heist, guarding that casino, seeking an audience with the Deepking, the Wyrmsmith, or doing some jobs for a rich and very well connected merchant (who also owns the casino). These are a great jumping off point for you to come down and meet the party! We currently have a ranger, a ranged fighter, fighter/wizard, a Bard and yourself! Starting Level: 8. You would start with your starting equipment, what your starting gold would be times 5, and Legacy Weapons. Essentially a weapon that grows with your characters proficiency level. Based on how you use this weapon, it will evolve based on what you do. We will talk about how your character will fight and see what your initial weapon form will be. If interested, or have any questions, message me here or apply in the application thread! https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/3301171/post-applications-here
