Ok, so I have seen a TON of posts online criticizing D&D (especially 4th edition) for stuff like sexism, which is kind of sad because D&D is really fun and I wouldn't want people to shun it because they see it as offensive. On the other hand, there's some games that go WAY over the top with their "inclusivity". For instance, I played with a group whose DM mandated that every character be LGBT, PoC, or Disabled. She then proceeded to make the "special trait" of each character the main focus of their being, instead of their flaws, feelings, actions, and so on. So, I made a campaign for people who want diversity in their campaign, but don't want it to become the main focus of the story. Some traits my campaign has: Non-Player characters with all kinds of sexualities, abilities, genders, and so on, without stereotypical depictions. No hypersexualized anything. A safe environment for people to solve problems regarding their own identities. Welcomes people new to D&D. Restrictions on characters Your character can be Human, and of any class except martial and hybrid classes. This is a "world thing". Other stuff I'm looking for people under 30, in the USA. This is an video and audio based game. We will meet saturdays, from 9-12 AM CT (This can be changed). Of course, this can change depending on what people want. Please PM me or reply if you are interested!
