Team can't click on allied tokens

I have a feeling this is simply to stop people dicking around with other players' tokens. However, on their tokens, I have all of the 'See' boxes ticked, so they should be able to simply and easily check each other's HP and MP. However, none of them can click on their ally's tokens to see. What is a simple way for them to see their friends' current stats, or is macros the only way? I don't have the bars linked to anything.

The see check simply allows them to view the bar above the token. To enable clicking and selecting, you'd need to give them control of the token. You could also do a quick macro like this: &{template:default} {{name=Stats}} {{HP=@{target|bar1} }} {{MP=@{target|bar2}} This allows the curious player to check any token they want without needing to bother the controller or the DM. It also assumes bar 1 is HP, and bar 2 is MP. Switch those if they're something else. As long as the bubbles have numbers in them, the bar doesn't need to be linked for this macro to work.
Sick, thanks. I honestly have no idea how macros work. I'll take a look through the wiki, but are you able to break down that macro you just did up for me into it's smaller parts, so I can understand what part does what?

Franky H. said: &{template:default} {{name=Stats}} {{HP=@{target|bar1} }} {{MP=@{target|bar2}} In Franky's example most of that is formatting for the  roll template . &{template:templateName} - The template definition. The default template is available in all games regardless of sheet/system. Your sheet may also have templates that it has defined. Ignore the definition of what does what in the next bullet point if you decide to use a sheet defined template, as they can completely change how the field definition works. See your sheet's wiki entry, forum post, or other documentation for details. {{stuff=other stuff}} - This is the format for a roll template field. In the default template, the stuff on the left of the equal sign appears in the left column and the stuff on the right appears in the right column. The exception in this example is the name field which creates a purple background header with the stuff on the right of the equal sign as the title of the output. @{target|bar1} or @{target|bar2} - Here's the meat of the function of this macro. These are  attribute calls and reference the current value in bar 1 or bar 2 and use it in place of the attribute call (simply output to chat in the formatted template in this case). These calls are using the  target keyword which tells the chat parser to get the value from a token that is targeted with the little crosshair that pops up after sending this to chat (or the character linked to it).  NOTE - getting the max value (in case you want to use it) of an attribute using the targeted keyword requires the  entire target keyword syntax which is @{target|target description|attribute to reference|max}. So for bar 1 above, it would be @{target|target1|bar1|max}.
