Chat archive is blank

Chat archive in my game is blank with textured page. I already wait for it to load but nothing happens. 

Hi Casualtuna, are you the GM of the game in question? If not, the GM may have cleared the chat archive in order to resolve a chat window issue in game (or maybe just to 'clean' up a bit). If you are the GM, could you have accidentally cleared the chat archive (there is a second step verification process to prevent this but it could  happen... Other options are that the log is BIG and therefore will take a long time to load, maybe try another browser (Chrome and Firefox are the primary supported ones)?

A long chat archive can take an inordinate amount of time to load. I had a year-long text-based game that took several minutes; the HTML alone was over 19 MB when I downloaded it for archival purposes.

Very true, I tend to back mine up, and then clear it, every month or so to avoid it getting cluttered. This can be especially true if you use a lot of visual elements in chat (picture, roll templates and other html based display elements).
