It's June 1943, The Allies were beginning to turn the tide in the War to End all Wars. However, something isn't right. The Axis forces are pushing back. Germany, is producing technological advancements at an alarming rate; Japanese troops are suffering fatal wounds two or three times before finally expiring; and strange weather patterns coming from the Italian mainland are hammering the Allies in Tunisia. The Allies need something more of their own. Those who can stand toe to toe with these forces beyond the scope of mortal men...they need the Justice Society of America. So are you ready to lift up your square jaw, pull your underwear over your pants, strap on your cape (just about everyone's got one) (Before Edna Mode's time), get ready to beat up on Nazi's and prepare to defend the American way? Send me your top three choices in order of preference per the list below. PM me your choices. It will be set in 1943. If you have any questions then let me know. We'll be playing every other Saturday night beginning in January. The game will begin at 9:30 pm CDT. We'll be using Mutants & Masterminds 3E. We use Roll 20 for the game room and skype for the audio. We're looking for about four players. CHARACTER OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM: Atom (Al Pratt) : Initially a proverbial 98-pound weakling, bullied at school and unable to impress the girl of his dreams, Mary James, the 5' 1" Al Pratt was trained to fighting condition by ex-boxer Joe Morgan (the same man who trained Pratt's fellow mystery men, Wildcat and the Guardian ). Pratt soon became a founding member of the Justice Society of America , appearing in the team's various stories during their original Golden Age appearances. In All Star Comics #3 (Winter 1940) the Atom describes himself to his fellow JSAers as "Al Pratt, a quiet sophomore at Calvin College." He later became a founding and active member of the All-Star Squadron . During World War II , Pratt served as a tank driver in the United States Army . During his early days of crime fighting, Pratt possessed no superhuman qualities. Instead, he was a particularly adept combatant with a strength level disproportionate to his size. Black Canary (Dinah Drake) : Black Canary was the alter ego of
Dinah Drake and participated in crime-fighting adventures with her love
interest (and eventual husband), Gotham City
detective Larry Lance . Initially, the character was a
hand-to-hand fighter without superpowers who often posed as a criminal to
infiltrate criminal gangs. She's a tough streetwise woman who grew up on the streets of Gotham. As a woman in the 1940s, she couldn't become a detective so she helped her boyfriend, detective Larry Lance, by infiltrating criminal gangs and providing Larry with inside information. She later joined with the JSA after the war effort. However, for this campaign she will be assisting the JSA during the war, but has not yet been offered membership. Black
Canary is a prodigious hand-to-hand combatant with Boxing
and Judo
being the most notable of her style. She has trained with other top-tier
fighters such as Wildcat and Wonder Woman .
In addition to her martial arts skills, Black Canary is an expert motorcyclist,
gymnast, covert operative, and investigator. She is also an excellent leader
and tactician. At this point she has no super powers. Doctor Fate (Kent Nelson) : In 1920, archaeologist Sven Nelson and his son Kent go on an expedition to the Valley of Ur . While exploring a temple discovered by his father, Kent opens the tomb of Nabu the Wise and revives him from suspended animation, accidentally releasing a poisonous gas which kills Sven. Nabu takes pity on Kent and teaches him the skills of a sorcerer over the next twenty years before giving him a mystical helmet, amulet & cloak. In 1940, Kent meets Inza Cramer and Wotan in Alexandria , Egypt on his way back to America. After arriving back in the United States, Kent begins a career fighting crime and supernatural evil as the sorcerer and superhero Doctor Fate and sets up a base in a tower in Salem, Massachusetts . Kent helps co-found the Justice Society of America in 1940. Kent switches to a half helmet in 1941 due to Nabu occasionally possessing him through the helmet. Kent becomes a physician in 1942. Kent later enlists in the U.S. Army and serves as a Paratrooper during World War II. Doctor Fate possesses various powers such as spellcasting ,flight,super-strength,invulnerability, telekinesis , telepathy , pyrokinesis and lightning manipulation. However, Fate is unable to counteract spells that have already been cast and in effect. Fate's magic manifests in the shape of an ankh . Doctor Mid-Nite (Charles McNider ) : a surgeon, was called one night to remove a bullet from a witness set to testify against mobsters . A mobster threw a grenade into the room, killing the witness and blinding McNider, with the injury causing him to believe his career as a surgeon was over. One evening, as he was recovering, an owl crashed through his window. Removing the bandages covering his eyes, McNider discovered that he could still see, but only in perfect darkness. McNider developed a special visor allowing him to see in the light and "blackout bombs" capable of blocking out all light, becoming a costumed crime fighter. Adopting the owl that flew through his window and naming it 'Hooty', the bird became his "sidekick. He later joined the Justice Society of America (JSA) and the All-Star Squadron . In 1942, McNider enlisted in the U.S. Medical Corps as a physician during World War II , [2] rising to the rank of Captain. McNider trains the same owl which crashes through his window, an event that leads to the discovery of his powers. This owl, named "Hooty", shares many adventures during the Golden Age. McNider possesses the metahuman ability to see perfectly in the dark. Utilizing special infrared lenses, McNider can see in light; later in his life, his lenses become more ineffective as his eyesight continues to deteriorate even further, inhibiting his daylight vision. McNider also employs "blackout bombs" which release pitch-black gas that blind villains even as they allow McNider to see. For a time he used a weapon called a "cryotuber" which can either control the nervous system of an opponent or fire bursts of heat or cold. He is also a brilliant doctor, and a mathematician. Flash (Jay Garrick) : After a bizarre laboratory accident, he acquired the ability to move at superhuman speed and chose to fight crime as a costumed vigilante, calling himself "the Flash". Jay is a college student prior to
1940 who accidentally inhales hard water vapors after taking a smoke break in
his laboratory where he had been working. As a result, he finds that he can run
at superhuman
speed and has similarly fast reflexes. After a brief career as a college
football star, he dons a red shirt with a lightning bolt and a
stylized metal helmet with wings (based on images of the
Roman god Mercury ) then begins to fight crime as the
Flash. The helmet belonged to Jay's father, Joseph, who fought during World War I .
He has been seen using the helmet as a weapon/type of shield.
His first case involves battling
the Faultless Four, a group of blackmailers (Sieur Satan, Serge Orloff, Duriel and Smythe)
who plotted to steal an Atomic Bombarder and sell it. He’s shown as having his identity
secret , and that he was able to maintain it without the use of a
mask by constantly "vibrating" his features, making him hard to
recognize or clearly photograph. The effectiveness of this is debatable as he
later blamed his lack of a mask for his girlfriend Joan deducing his true
identity.
During his career he would often
find himself embroiled in semi-comical situations inadvertently initiated by Winky, Blinky, and Noddy , a trio of tramps known as the Three
Dimwits, who tried their hand at one job after another, and never successfully.
It was later revealed that a professor found the last container of heavy water
vapors and used it to gain superspeed, becoming the Rival . He briefly took away Jay's speed after
capturing him, making him super-slow, but Jay used the gases again and was able
to regain his superspeed and defeat the Rival.
Like the Flashes who followed
him, Garrick became a close friend of the Green Lantern
of his time, Alan Scott , whom he met through the Justice Society of America .
The Flash soon became one of
the best-known of the Golden Age of superheroes. He was a
founding member of the Justice Society of America and served as
its first chairman. He was based in Keystone City .
As the Flash, Garrick can run at superhuman speeds and has superhumanly-fast reflexes.
Jay could move swiftly enough to intercept bullets. He
could carry people away with him at super-speed without causing injury due to
extreme acceleration. He could make himself invisible by vibrating his body at
high frequencies. Over time, Jay Garrick finds the fuel for his powers (and
those of other speedsters) is the Speed Force . Green Lantern (Alan Scott) : Thousands of years ago, a mystical "green flame" fell to Earth in ancient China as a meteor . A voice in the flame predicted that it would act three times: once to bring death, once to bring life, and once to bring power. For the first prophecy, a lamp-maker crafted the green metal of the meteor into a lamp. In fear and as punishment for what they thought sacrilege , the local villagers killed him, only to be destroyed by a sudden burst of the green flame. For the second, in modern times, the lamp came into the hands of a patient of a mental institution who fashioned the lamp into a modern train lantern. The green flame restored him to sanity and gave him a new life. For the third, by 1940, after having already fulfilled the first two-thirds of this prophecy, the lantern fashioned from the meteoric metal fell into the hands of Alan Scott, a young railroad engineer. Following a railroad bridge collapse, the flame instructs Scott in how to fashion a ring from its metal, to give him fantastic powers as the superhero Green Lantern . He adopts a colorful costume of red, purple, yellow, and brown. He becomes a crimefighter in his first adventure, defeating the crooks who caused the accident. He also discovers his powers' weakness to wood when he is bludgeoned with a club. [1] Alan is a founding member of the Justice Society of America , and is its second chairman. Alan Scott wields a magical ring that can produce a variety of effects. The extent of the ring's ability has never been rigorously defined, but three consistent traits are that it allows him to fly, that its effects are accompanied by a green light, and that it cannot directly affect anything made of wood. Alan charged his ring by touching it to a green lantern, which would give him 24 hours of power (regardless of how heavily he used it). His body would glow green or be bathed in a green light whenever he used his power. Scott uses his ring to fly, walk through solid objects by "moving through the fourth dimension",paralyze or blind people temporarily, hypnotize them, create rays of energy and he's just starting to use it to create solid constructs. Hawkman (Carter Hall) : In the days of ancient Egypt , Prince Khufu is engaged in a feud with his rival, the Egyptian priest Hath-Set . The priest eventually captures both Khufu and his consort Chay-Ara, and kills them. Millennia later, in 1940, Khufu is reincarnated as American archaeologist Carter Hall , and Chay-Ara as Shiera Sanders . Hath-Set himself is reincarnated as a scientist named Anton Hastor. Upon finding the ancient knife Hath-Set used to kill him, Hall regains his memories of his past life and recognizes Hastor as the reincarnated evil priest. Using the properties of " Nth metal " to craft a gravity-defying belt, Hall creates wings and a costume, ultimately confronting Hastor as Hawkman after Anton captured Shiera with a spell that drew her to his lair. He also encounters and remembers Shiera during this time. Following Hastor's defeat, the two begin a romance. Hawkman becomes a charter member of the Justice Society of America , and takes the position of permanent chairman, following the Flash and Green Lantern . Shiera, meanwhile, adopts the identity of Hawkgirl and fights beside Hall throughout the 1940s. In 1942, Carter enlists in the U.S. Army Air Force as an Airmanand serves as a pilot with the 1st Interceptor Command during World War II. The Nth metal in Hawkman's wings, belt, harness, and boots is controlled mentally and allows him to defy gravity . His wings allow him to control flight, though they can be "flapped" through use of shoulder motions. Hall's Nth metal also enhances his strength and eyesight, speeds healing, and regulates body temperature, preventing the need for heavy protective clothing while flying at high altitudes. Due to his multiple incarnations and having the memories of all of them, Khufu/Hall has become proficient in many types of weaponry. As a result, he is an expert with a wide array of archaic weapons from his past lives, including battle axes , maces , swords , spears , and shields . As a result of his many lives and vast amount of experience, Hall is a brilliant tactician, fierce warrior, and strong leader. At the same time, however, he is extremely intelligent (considered a leader in his field of history and archaeology) and expresses a deeply romantic side in relation to his beloved soulmate. Hourman (Rex Tyler) : ScientistRex Tyler, raised in upstate New York , developed an affinity for chemistry , particularly biochemistry . Working his way through college, he landed a job researching vitamins and hormone supplements at Bannermain Chemical. A series of discoveries and accidents led him to the "miraculous vitamin" Miraclo . He found that concentrated doses of the "miraclo" given to test mice increased their strength and vitality several times that of normal. After taking a dose himself, Rex found he could have superhuman strength and speed for the hour that the vitamin's effects lasted, before returning to human levels. Keeping the discovery of Miraclo a secret, Tyler decided that human trials would be limited to the only subject he could trust: himself. Feeling that the Miraclo-induced abilities should be used for good purposes, he decided to use the abilities to help those in need; in other words, he would become a superhero , based in Appleton City. [1] He received his first mission by placing an ad stating that "The Man of The Hour" would help the needy. Tracking down one responder to the ad, he aided a housewife whose husband was falling in with the wrong crowd, and stopped a robbery. Using a costume he found in an abandoned costume shop, he started to adventure as The Hour-Man [2] (later dropping the hyphen). In November 1940 Hourman became one of the founding members of the first superhero team, the Justice Society of America. After leaving the JSA in mid-1941 Tyler became one of Uncle Sam 's initial group of Freedom Fighters. [3] He later became part of the wartime All-Star Squadron. Rex doesn't have any innate powers. Any superhuman abilities he displays are derived from the use of Miraclo. Taking Miraclo grants a user several abilities for the span of an hour. Most obvious are the superhuman strength, durability, increased resistance to physical damage (to the extent of being impervious to small arms fire) and speed enhancements. Rex takes Miraclo in the form of a pill. The amount of Miraclo that can be taken per day has varied. It can be dangerous to take one more than once a day, but Rex did do it under emergency situations. Johnny Thunder & Thunderbolt : John L. Thunderis the seventh son of a seventh son, born at 7 a.m. on Saturday, July 7, the seventh day of the week, the seventh day of the seventh month in 1917. This causes him to be kidnapped and sold to a group of men from the fictional country of Badhnesia who had been looking for someone born at this time on this day. As an infant, Johnny is given possession of the genie -like "Thunderboltnamed Yz during a mystic ritual on his seventh birthday, which was intended to allow the Badhnesians to use Johnny to rule the world. However, the plan is soon aborted after an attack from a neighboring country.Johnny eventually returns to the United States and lives an ordinary life until one day, while washing windows, he inadvertently summons the Thunderbolt with the magic words cei-u (pronounced "say you") when he calls for someone to throw him a sponge, which he accidentally uses to become a successful boxer. Johnny underwent several adventures (each time inadvertently summoning the Thunderbolt via the use of "say, you" in his day-to-day conversation, never realizing the Thunderbolt was responsible for the extraordinary events that befell him) before finally learning of the Thunderbolt's existence.Johnny's appearances with the Justice Society and in his own solo adventures tended to be quite comedic, as Johnny's main personality trait was being fairly dim-witted, which prompts his much-smarter Thunderbolt to possess a sarcastic (if patient) attitude toward his "boss." He accidentally joined, when saying he felt the Justice Society should have let him join, and was then taken to their meeting. Despite recurring impatience with his stupidity, his fellow JSAers genuinely valued Johnny's good-heartedness and dedication and considered him a friend. Furthermore, the Thunderbolt's vast power may have contributed to Johnny's continued JSA membership, his frequent blunders notwithstanding, since the more competent heroes doubtlessly thought it wise to keep an eye on the pair whenever possible. he finally became a member after the Flash left and the group told him to capture Mister X, which he succeeded in accidentally. Like most of the JSA members, he had his aging factor greatly slowed during an encounter with the villain Ian Karkull . Johnny Thunder has no special powers. He however has control over Thunderbolt a genie-like entity that can do various things. Johnny's simple nature keeps him from often using Thunderbolt's full abilities. Mister Terrific (Terry Sloane) : Terry Sloane was a rich man whose photographic memory, Olympic-level athletic skills, and mastery of the martial arts made him a virtual Renaissance man . After graduating college at age thirteen, he eventually became a renowned business leader in the community. Having accomplished all of his goals by the time he was in his early 20s, Terry felt there were no challenges left for him to pursue, leading him towards suicidal tendencies. However, upon seeing a young woman jump from a bridge, Sloane reacted quickly and saved her. He learned her name was Wanda Wilson. Sloane assisted her brother, who had been caught up in a gang, by adopting his Mister Terrific persona. He then created the "Fair Play Club" to stymie growing juvenile delinquency. Sometimes nicknamed "The Man of 1,000 Talents," Terry Sloane turned to crimefighting after excelling at everything else. He wore a red suit with a green tunic. A golden emblem on his tunic proclaimed his motto, "Fair Play". Mister Terrific became a reserve member of the Justice Society of America , taking part in two of their chronicled 1940s adventures. He also was a full-fledged member of the All-Star Squadron and assisted both teams on several more occasions throughout the remaining decade. Terry Sloane had no superhuman powers but he was a master martial artist and an Olympic-level athlete with a genius-level intellect. He also possessed photographic memory allowing him to remember important clues and information. Sandman (Wesley "Wes" Bernard Dodds) : Wealthy and mysterious recluse. He's a talented inventor and chemist. He becomes troubled by detailed dreams of crimes that come to pass. No longer able to do nothing about them he becomes the costumed vigillante Sandman. He forms a team of crime fighters known as the Mystery Men. In 1941 he joined the JSA. Unlike many superheroes, he frequently found himself the victim of gunshot wounds, and he would continue fighting in spite of his injuries. In 1942, Dodds enlisted in the U.S. Army and served as an anti-aircraft gunner during World War II . Dodds has prophetic dreams which come to him as cryptic, ambiguous visions of crimes. The visions haunt Wes, who uses his keen intellect and amateur detective skills to properly interpret them. He is also a talented chemist and inventor, creating the sand-like substance and the Silicoid Gun ultimately responsible for transforming Sandy the Golden Boy into a Silicon-based life-form. In the early years of his career, Wesley Dodds possesses the strength level of a man who engages in regular exercise, and was a fine hand-to-hand combatant. As hobbies, Wes enjoys reading, writing, poetry, origami and philosophy. Wesley Dodds' costume consists of a basic green business suit, fedora, a World War I era gas mask, a gas gun, and a wire gun. The gas mask protects Dodds from the effects of the gas emitted from his gas gun. The gas gun , a handheld device fitted with cartridges containing concentrated sleeping gas, is Wesley Dodds' only known weapon. Pressing the trigger on the gun releases a cloud of green dust rendering all within the Sandman's immediate vicinity unconscious. An upgraded canister dispenser for the gun is provided for him by his close friend and confidante, Lee Travis . Wes is also known to conceal smaller knockout gas capsules in a hollow heel on his shoe. These prove ideal when placed in situations where his gas gun is not readily available. He also makes use of a specially designed "wirepoon" gun, which fires a length of thin, steel cable. The Sandman drives a black 1938 Plymouth Coupe . The car is enhanced with various features to aid Wes in his crusade against crime. Spectre (Jim Corrigan) : Hard-boiled cop Jim Corrigan , on his way with his fiancee Clarice to their engagement party, is murdered by thugs who stuff him into a barrel filled with cement and then throw it into a body of water. His spirit is refused entry into the afterlife however, and he is sent back to Earth by an entity referred to only as " The Voice " to eliminate evil. The Spectre seeks bloody vengeance against Corrigan's murderers in grim, supernatural fashion. One of them turned to a skeleton upon touching him. Corrigan soon creates his signature costume, breaks off his romance with Clarice, and continues to live as Jim Corrigan, assuming the secret identity of the Spectre whenever he is needed. He eventually turns down an offer to relinquish his mission to destroy all evil. The Spectre is soon awarded charter membership in the first ever superhero team, the Justice Society_of_America . Jim Corrigan is resurrected inJan. 1942, after which the Spectre's ghostly form enters and emerges from Jim Corrigan functioning independently of him. When Corrigan enlisted in the military and departed to serve in World War II , inApril 1943, the Spectre became permanently invisible until emerging from Jim. Outside of the limitations imposed by being linked to a host, the Spectre has all the abilities of a god, including, but not limited to, manipulation of time and space, control over all matter, invulnerability, and limitless strength. Virtually anything he wishes to do to those he judges is possible. He has no discernible weakness other than needing a human host to be able to be a fair and impartial judge, although he has been tricked before by Psycho Pirate and Eclipso. The Spectre is immune to most damage, although he can be hurt by powerful magic. Though he is widely considered to be the most powerful superhero in terms of abilities, the Spectre does not harm the innocent (unless being tricked into doing so). Usually immune to mind control effects. He needs a host body to directly affect the physical world. While linked with a host his powers are more limited. He is susceptable to magic and magical relics. The Divine Voice that guides him can direct his actions or limit his power. He must follow the Divine Law of the Presence. If broken he can be recalled. If the Spectre uses a great amount of magic he will be weakened for a period of time. Starman (Theodore "Ted" Knight) : As Starman, Ted wears a costume of red and green tights, and a helmet with a fin on the top. He uses a gravity rod (later cosmic rod) which allows him to fly and to manipulate energy, at times in a manner similar to Green Lantern 's power ring . [2] As Ted Knight, he is an astronomer and an expert scientist, having developed the rods himself. Initially intending them for use as a possible power source, Ted was convinced by his cousin, Sandra Knight, the Phantom Lady , to use his invention to become a costumed crime fighter. In the original 1940s stories, Starman operated out of Opal City. He was a frequent ally of the FBI and a member of the Justice Society of America for much of the 1940s and, like other mystery men of the time, serves in the wartime All-Star Squadron . In 1942 Ted enlists in the U.S. Army Air Force and serves very briefly as a pilot during World War II . At this time, the love of Ted's life is a woman named Doris Lee, who often chastises her layabout playboy boyfriend for his pretended laziness and hypochondria , unaware of Ted's costumed persona. Ted Knight has no natural, superhuman powers. His abilities stem from the use of his inventions, the gravity rod and the cosmic rod. These devices channel an unknown form of stellar radiation, which Ted is able to manipulate through the rod. As Starman, he possesses the ability to fly, project bursts of stellar energy, light, and heat, create force fields and simple energy constructs, and levitate objects. Extended use of the cosmic rod created a bond between it and Ted, allowing him to mentally summon the rod when separated from it. Ted possesses a brilliant intellect, mastery of several sciences, and a gift for invention. Wildcat (Theodore "Ted" Grant) : Theodore “Ted” Grant is a normal human who, at some unspecified point, was magically given nine lives. He remains at the peak of human condition thanks to extensive workouts consisting of intensive exercise. He is a world-class boxer who trained Batman , Black Canary , and even Superman in the art. He was trained to fighting condition by ex-boxer Joe Morgan - the same man who trained Grant's fellow mystery men, Atom , and the Guardian . Ted Grant first donned the Wildcat costume in January 1942. Henry Grant vowed, on his baby son's crib, that the child would not grow up afraid of life, so he encouraged his son to participate in sports and paid for coaching that would have continued into the young man's college days, except that he and his wife died. Orphaned during the Great Depression , Ted Grant found himself unemployed in the big city. One night he saved "Socker" Smith, the heavyweight boxing champion, from a mugging. "Socker" took Ted under his wing, and soon Ted became a heavyweight boxing champion in his own right. He also became tangled unknowingly in his manager's sinister plans. His mentor, "Socker" Smith, was killed by Grant's managers Flint and Skinner who used a syringe, loaded with poison, in a boxing glove. The dose was only intended to slow Smith, but the duo misjudged the potency. When Grant was arrested for the crime, Flint and Skinner, afraid that he might know what had really happened, arranged for the young fighter to be killed. Grant escaped the attempt and survived, but the policemen with him were both killed. He became a fugitive and came upon a child who had been robbed of his Green Lantern comic. The kid, describing the mystery-man Green Lantern, inspired Grant to create the costume of a large black cat. He took the name "Wildcat" and vowed to clear his name. He brought Flint and Skinner to justice; the criminals were forced to confess, clearing Grant's name, and obtaining justice for Smith. Using the identity of Wildcat, Grant continued to fight crime Ted Grant is an expert combatives fighter and a world champion boxer at the peak of his physical condition. He was given "nine lives" as a result of a magical spell, which explains his longevity; these nine lives have not only kept him young, but also restore him to life if he is explicitly killed. He is also surprisingly strong and superbly agile. Wonder Woman (Diana Prince) : Wonder Woman was an Amazon champion who wins the right to return Steve Trevor – a United States intelligence officer whose plane had crashed on the Amazons' isolated island homeland – to "Man's World" and to fight crime and the evil of the Nazis .During this period, Wonder Woman joined the Justice Society of America as the team's secretary. Wonder Woman's origin story relates that she was sculpted from clay by her mother Queen Hippolyta and given life by Athena , along with superhuman powers as gifts by the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greek gods. Wonder Woman uses the alias Diana Prince. Diana Prince was the name of an army nurse whom Wonder Woman met. The nurse wanted to meet her fiancé, who was transferred to South America, but was unable to arrange for money to do so. As Wonder Woman needed a secret identity to monitor and look after Steve (who was admitted in the same army hospital Diana Prince worked at), and because both of them looked a lot like each other, Wonder Woman gave the nurse money to go to her fiancé in exchange for the nurse's credentials and took Diana Prince as her alias. [50] She started to work as an army nurse and later as an Air Force secretary. Diana is depicted as a masterful athlete, acrobat, fighter and strategist, trained and experienced in many ancient and modern forms of armed and unarmed combat, including exclusive Amazonian martial arts. In some versions, her mother trained her, as Wonder Girl, for a future career as Wonder Woman. From the beginning, she is portrayed as highly skilled in using her Amazon bracelets to stop bullets and in wielding her golden lasso. Wonder Woman also had knowledge in psychology.
