Shaped 5e sorcerer spells gone on change

one of my player sorcerer spells are gone and importing no longer works. Does this mean i have to add them all by hand(or drag and drop again?)

Check that in the Settings that the "Spells" option is ticked, that "Spell tab" is ticked if your player still wants Spells on a separate tab, and click "auto" in the Spells section so the correct slots show up. If the Spells bit isn't ticked, you probably interrupted the sheet updating which meant that some things didn't get switched properly to the new layout.

Liam covered most things, though if that does not work you most likely will have to add them again. This seems to be a rare thing though and I am not in a place to really say why it happened or what could be done. One suggestion that may help (only taking a guess here as I don't have a error sheet to work with) is go to attributes and abilties, find the version attribute and set it to an older version number pre 7 I believe. This MAY cause the sheet to update again and fix the spells if they are still there but this is more of guess to try and fix it.

Forcing an upgrade to occur again can have negative consequences. Upgrading is meant to happen once. In this case it may work if you did indeed close the sheet during the upgrade, but I'd duplicate the sheet first. What is more likely is filtering is preventing spells from showing. Please check the filters or turn them off.

As it was only 1 of my 8 players not to bad. And my npc's seem to all work so after a bit of lag in game last night but as it is done now I can live with it. Its always scary when your game changes you don't want to lose anything.  Thanks for the work I still think its and best 5e sheet.
