No Roll20 App In Google+ Hangouts On Air YouTube

I'm using a personal Google account to launch YouTube Live Events (aka Hangouts On Air) and no matter what, I cannot get the roll20 app (plugin?) to load in the side panel. It *does* load in my old Google Apps account (which is no longer a viable account from which to host, for various reasons). How do I force the roll20 app to load in the broadcast, so I can launch my game? Please note, using the "Launch Game in Google+" option at roll20.net is not a viable option either, since it will not broadcast.

This may not be the issue but the last time I had this problem it was because I installed some extensions in Chrome, mainly Ad Blocker and Disconnect. Maybe you have a new google profile in Chrome and these extensions do not have hangouts and roll20 whitelisted? Again, this may not be the problem but just in case... H
Thanks for the reply HLazar. No extensions are installed/enabled other than the core Google Docs stuff so I don't think that's the conflict. Any other idears?
Think I got part of it figured out. My Gmail account was in some sort of "limbo" with Google+. Even though in Chrome it appeared to be logged in to G+, I had to install Firefox fresh, then manually go to plus.google.com and *behold!* it showed that the Gmail profile was not actually connected to G+. Flippin' weird. I went through the setup and the roll20 app appeared in the hangout window. Now, even though I've made the Gmail account a DM, the game doesn't appear in the "Your Games" section of the hangout because the Gmail account didn't create the game. Any workaround for that?

Have you tried launching the game into a Hangout via the Game Page, exiting the Hangout, and then check while in a Hangouts on Air to see if its made visible in the Your Games section?
Thanks for the reply, Kristin. I've got it figured out using some workarounds. Essentially, once the Gmail account was activated on G+, the roll20 app appeared correctly. In the end, I simply recreated the game on roll20 using the Gmail account and now we're good. Just a couple hours worth of work. Would be nice to simply switch "owners" or perhaps mass export/import all game assets. No matter...I'm good for now and should be for future.

If I read that response correctly, it sounds like you might have two accounts, this one, and possibly the one that's linked up with G+. It's possible to do an account merge if you think that's an issue. If you want us to look into it, email us at team@roll20.net and we can get that done.
