Any images I upload are now completly black

I've been running a campaign for some time now and recently whenever I attempt to upload any new map, for some reason the image is completely black unless I zoom all the way in. This was not a problem before and to the best of my knowledge I have not changed anything. Most of the maps I upload are from the the same adobe file which i put through Gimp 2 in order to shrink them to an upload-able size. Like I said this has only recently become a problem and all the maps I have used previously have worked fine, though I deleted and and re downloaded the source document to make sure the images were not corrupt. I use a PC running the latest Mozilla Firefox and the only extensions I have are adblock plus, which is disabled on Roll 20 and some avast security ones which are also disabled.

Do these recent uploaded images appear black in thumbnail form in the Art Library, or does this behavior happen after you add the images to the Tabletop. What file types have you been uploading and do you have a Campaign/Page that has an example of this issue happening so that I can take a look at it?

The Thumbnails also appear black in the art library. The file types are Jpeg that I used GIMP 2 to reduce the file size of. I currently have several example images in campaign pages you are welcome to look at. I also noticed that some of the images become visible when I Zoom all the way in.

Looking over the content in your art library, your images appear normal on my end. What this tells me is that the image files themselves aren't the issue, but something about your browser is interfering with rendering them correctly on Roll20. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Firefox  and Chrome. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)
Looks like you were right reinstalled Firefox and ran updates, everything seems to be working fine now. Thanks for the help!
