GM'ing the Conan RPG, will play To Race the Thunder

I am interested in GM'ing the new Conan RPG (unreleased) from Modiphius, and there is a demo adventure called To Race the Thunder in the starter manuals.  I am looking for 5 more players to join.  It is ok if you're new, it's mostly a playtest of their 2d20 system against the backdrop of some good old REH material!  (Beyond the Black River) Respond and I will be able to sort out a time we can all meet to play the first session, happy gaming! -Sandy

I'm interested, but I have no experience with the Conan system, and I only know as much lore as the GURPS Conan book could teach.

NOT a problem at all!  We will all go over the basics and then dive right in, learning as we go.

I may be interested. Are you planning on running this as a long-term campaign or just running the demo adventure?

In short, this is just a demo adventure to playtest the rules. The final core rulebook isn't released yet for this game, and the tentative date is not really clear; I expect it should be out after Christmas.  I will be receiving the core rulebook when it is released at any rate, and plan to run adventures in the future with non-pregenerated characters, using adventures I have written and also any material that is "officially" released by Modiphius.

I  downloaded the free quickstart rules at  DTRPG . Looks pretty cool.  Let us crush our enemies, see them driven before us, and hear the lamentations of their women.

Awesome, let us do so!  Quick note, however, the adventure is in the quickstart rules which you don't want to spoil for yourself by reading!  You can get the player's guide to the quickstart which omits the adventure if you don't like spoilers!
