Pathfinder Help me optimize this witch rogue multiclass

The Myth-Weaver Sheet I have most of the work done but i need suggestions on feats, spells, hexes for this witch. The party im traveling with are a half orc pally, a gunquisitor ... and a oracle so heals are pretty much handled this is a blend of skill monkey and a debuff / magic damage caster. Thoughts?
and yes i realize i mispelled optimize

I know this will sound harsh, but I'll try to explain and hope for the best then I'll give some actual suggestions to your original question. Don't worry about optimizing. Develop a character from the story forward and fill in feats/traits/skills to match your story. Screw optimizing. Not all humans are the same. Not all characters in RP should be the same. This will make the character yours and you will then have more fun. Even if your "unoptimized" character eventually dies in some tragic, yet always slightly humorous, way. Ok. Now - if you're wanting to do some damage with spell casting ... after looking at your sheet you seem pretty squared away for 5th lvl. Can't ask for much more than what you've got. I would have taken combat casting instead of Sharpclaw as this will allow you more chance to succeed in melee on spells. But that is up to you. Weapon finesse is required of course based on strength. Do you need arcane armor? I would say no. I would go with improved initiative, combat casting, and weapon finesse. But again - this all depends on your style of play and the GM and how much of a stickler he/she wants to be about concentration checks.
Witches are fun, but I'm not actually sure how they'd cross-class with a rogue. Cool! I hope this character does well. Looking at your character, I don't see much you could do at range, which is also my own witch's biggest problem. Grab a crossbow or at least one casting of an inflict spell, because otherwise the guy putting holes in your from across the chasm or above you is going to get free shots while you fly to him. Especially when you see that your melee bonus is +1, while your ranged bonus is +7, and your schtick (the hexes) don't use either bonus.
On a side note i want to make sure I'm getting this right with my melee. Sharpclaw gives me two claws at 1d4. If i do a full round attack i should get both attacks at full attack bonus and if i'm flanking i get a sneak attack for each hit correct? even if this is the case im still gonna have to get some magic items to drive up my melee damage.

Correct, each hit on a flanked target grants sneak attack damage. Hence the high number of dual-wielding rogues (for the extra attacks). I suppose it's up to your DM whether or not to allow somatic components with natural weapons (i.e., does a natural weapon count as a free hand?). I'd probably allow it but it's something that could severely hurt your build (since you'd be unable to cast most spells with your claws). Duel wielding normally does not allow for spells cast with somatic components. You may want some magic items to boost up your attack bonus as well; even with the +5 from your Dex and size your base attack is going to be pretty bad multiclassing between 1/2 and 3/4 level base attack classes. The fact that you'll be flanking most of the time (or should be) can help, and the evil eye helps as well. Just keep in mind you're going to have significantly less base attack than a typical rogue (along with less casting power than a witch). You may want to look into arcane trickster to try and offset some of the multiclassing penalty (which is effectively harsher in Pathfinder than 3.5 since the base classes scale better). Lastly, for your "Belt of Increadible Dexterity +2" it should be spelled "Incredible" =) Good luck!
