Hello Volomon. It is very adaptable, in my opinion. I've run this adventure and adapted it to AD&D with very little added prep-time. Most of the conversions I did on-the-fly as we played. Some changes I read-ahead and prepared in advance with a little bit of work. The maps, tokens, plots and quests are excellent as-is, no conversion needed. That's already a ton of value for the low price of the module. The maps are quite consistent and good, huge time saver and value. The quests are extremely straight-forward with little reading for the DM, there are around 7 major quest chapters, each contains just 1-2 paragraphs of pre-reading but should provide enough gaming for a full gaming session per chapter. The monsters and stats need to be converted for what you want. It's built for Pathfinder, so converting these stats would be like anytime one might ask "How do you convert from PF to 5E". There are different approaches to this. You could convert stat-by-stat, or you could just wholesale replace the PF monster with the nearest 5E monster or a monster from 5E that you think is scaled appropriately. For example: replace 5 PF kobolds with 5x 5E kobolds. Done! The module shows the Pathfinder kobold tokens on the map, but you look up the 5E kobold stats and run them from that. In the rare cases where an experienced DM might think "5 kobolds from PF is more like 10 kobolds from 5E" then that's fine too, just make your judgement call and scale it up, or scale it down, rebalance as needed. In this module the Monsters have their stats on the Bio Tab and on the Attributes & Abilities tab. They don't really use the Character Sheet tab. So you should be able to employ Roll20's 5E Character Sheets (for the PC's and for any new monsters you bring from the 5E Compendium), yet still retain the PF-based monster notes on the Bio Tab for reference and comparisons. If you have any specific questions feel free to ask.
