Blacklisting

I recently encountered more than 1 player (and heard of many more) who would suddenly leave their group without a word and then blocking/ignoring any further attempt on communications. I also heard about many players who were either impolite or downright predatory, or just problematic in general. When I check out their stats, it would say that they had GMed many games, or played in dozens of campaigns, so I thought they would be decent players. Is there any ways know if someone is a recommended/not recommended  player/GM to have in their stats? Like an upvote or downvote system to help us recognize which players have a bad rep and which one has a good one? Or maybe just a testimony type deal on their stat
