Player feedback

I'm sure this has been suggested before but I dont know for sure so I'll just throw this idea out there. I was thinking that maybe having a Feedback system for players. So a GM or other players that play with someone can leave Feedback on a players profile letting other future players or gms know that this person is a good on-time and overall decent player or if he/she is a bad apple and should possibly be avoided. Some thing sorta like a system that Ebay has for people who buy and sell things on their site. you can rate them. :-)
