1e is more brutal and has much less in the options of what to do with
Hardholders and Operators (classes/playbooks available). The new edition
has more balanced playbooks and a few more options. Not to say 2e isn't
as brutal, it just has a bit of grace, especially for newcomers. As
for what we can use I have Skype and can also use Discord or Curse if
desired. I prefer Skype atm and my free days would be flexible to your
schedule except for Saturday mornings and Sunday mornings. Dying
Worlds is a Jack Vance series of post apocalypse books where the Sun is
going to explode. Tomorrow? Maybe. Soon? Definitely. So people live
rough, hard, and take advantage of everyone. Only the most powerful or
cunning can make it. Plus it has Whedon-esque humor. I was just using it
as an example because I love it so. My Skype is pimpsploitation, add me if you'd like to talk about the system or show interest.
