Greetings Roll20 enthusiasts. Here's the basics about me: Time Zone: Eastern US [GMT-5] Days/Times Available: Sunday any time, Monday - Friday from 3PM on, Saturday any time up until 6PM. (I have regular games I am in weekly on Saturday nights) Age Bracket: over 30 crowd RPG Experience: Started gaming in the 80s. Played & GMed a lot of games from all genres, but I enjoy Superhero, Horror, and Sci-Fi the best. (I'll gladly join a D&D game, but I'll be honest, it has never been my favorite genre. Maybe I just haven't found the right game/GM?) The Low-Down: I am a steady, committed player who will show up every session when the GM does it right with the normal notifications and keeps in touch with his players. I'm serious about the hobby, but I am gunshy about putting a lot of effort into a character before play even starts, just to get shit-canned during the first session. Once things get going, you'll see serious commitment out of me and I guarantee I'll be one of your best players and a potential co-GM if you need it. I'm just tired of the Roll20 blues: I scan through the "Find a Game" results, apply all willy-nilly, and only get accepted to games that already have a tight-knit core group which you never feel part of, and always feel like you are left out of the action. Or the GM who wants a 2000-word treatise on a character's life and worldview before you even get invited to join the game. I have spent too much time and effort in the past just to find out that either the GM is a total dick, or is so flaky that he cancels the game one week in "because it's too hard" or "too much work."
