Can't see Exit Game or Rejoin as Player buttons

I've tried increasing the right-side column width, rejoining after I do it, changing screen resolution - all to no avail.  The gear shows up on a second line and hides the "Exit Game" and "Rejoin as Player" buttons.  Is there a work-around or is this something that needs fixing?

What are all your extensions and your anti-virus?

Hi, I think I found the issue in the CSS (excuse me because my HTML and CSS knowledge is rather ancient). &nbsp;I modified the hard coded "height: 72px" to be "height: 36px" and it looked good. I think this might need to be a percentage to adjust. &nbsp;I have serious doubts that extensions or virus protection have anything to do with the issue.&nbsp;
