How to Bulk Change Monster Character Sheets to Never Whisper Rolls?

My group has purchased the Phandelver and Storm King Giants modules on roll20.  It looks like the default option on monster rolls is to whisper to the GM.  We want the players to see the monster rolls in chat.  I've changed them over manually in Phandelver, but that was a lot of work.  Is there an easier way to change all of the monster rolls to NOT whisper their rolls?

There's currently a feature in testing on the dev server that will allow you to mass change certain attributes once it's live. Until that time, it could be done using the API, but as a Plus user, you're out of luck there, I fear.

I have upgraded to Pro (after changing about half of the NPC and Monster character sheets, I decided to throw some money at this problem).  Which API script can I use to automate this change? On a side note, with class features like Bardic Inspiration where the roll needs to be seen by the player to declare if they want to use this ability or not, seems like the default option from a purchased 5e module would be to NOT whisper the rolls.  Am I missing something here?
