Random image icons while still being a graphic/token

I know I can create a roll table and set the images, then turn a token into a drawing and roll a random side to change graphic. I'm looking for a more automated way to do this though. First by turning it to a drawing I lose the option to add status icons and the helpful 3 bars/bubbles at the top of the token when selected. so the only way I can see to not lose those is drop the token, convert to drawing, roll side, change back. Not something I want to do mid-game when Im filling out a random encounter.  Is there a script (I currently am using shaped character sheets and shaped-companion script) that on drop will change the token to a random from a list/table?

From the Roll20 Wiki: By default, a Rollable Table Token will be marked as Is Drawing . This prevents it from snapping to the grid, and hides it's bars, bubbles, etc. To make it behave like a normal Token, you'll need to right click it, choose " Advanced ", then click " Is Drawing ". That is to say, it's not necessary for a Rollable Table Token to be a Drawing to use its full functionality. Hope this helps!

You don't have to convert it to a drawing to change the side. That being said, there is this script from Chris awhile back. I believe there are others out there: <a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/2576603/script-change-token-image-from-rolltable/?pagenum=1" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/2576603/script-change-token-image-from-rolltable/?pagenum=1</a> ninja'd by Silvyre :)
I seem to have wanted just the opposite of what he wanted. Wanting it to be random on drop instead of just being able to flip it. He says the scripts exist so I'm hunting them down now. Thanks Silvyre and Scott
Well after searching a bit I decided to write my own. Doesn't look like what I want is going to be easily possible. Changing currentSide of the object does not update the imageurl and the imgurl can't be updated because I'm using market place icons (I don't wish to download and reupload all of them). Anyone know where I can submit a feature request to get the ability to have changing the side update the image url?
