Voice issues

The last couple sessions voice issues have been plaguing roll20. I have a Ts3 server available which will offer problem free ease of communication. I know several of you are more comfortable with discord. I am unfamiliar with discord but here is a forum post discussing pros and cons of each. http://forum.teamspeak.com/threads/122871-Benefits... Personally I'm a loyal TS guys since TS2. Stable quick connection, completely free and the ability to customize your server for your personal needs are great. Not to mention file browser. I love the file browser. Makes it really easy to share content but I guess at the same time roll20 does that.
whatever everyone decides is okay with me... I get really aggravated not hearing the whole conversation... It's odd how everything was working great, then they 'upgraded' Roll20 and now there's all these audio problems. It's weird how I'll hear two out of six people and try hitting the reconnect button and hear now one. Refreshing the whole browser sometimes gets me three out of the six and not even the same two I was hearing before. Since I haven't really been a long time Roll20 user (only been playing some of Jer's games during this last year...) is there a forum or something that might address if others are having this issue? Or is it because we have a larger group and it might be causing problems?
Okay it is addressed in the forums... https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/4365015/webrtc-video-and-voice-chat-issues
Read through the log and one of the Roll20 admins posted this a couple of hours ago (being 11:27pm CST now on 14 Dec) so maybe they will fix the problem by next week... *fingers crossed* -------------------- Hello everyone, Just wanted to give you all a heads up that we continue to dig into these connection issues. We managed to successfully recreate the "Whack a Mole" scenario this afternoon among the dev team and it helped us see what many of of you are struggling with. We've devised a plan of attack and we're going to push some fixes to test out on the Development server tomorrow. Thank you for providing your console logs and your diagnostic read-outs as well as your continued patience with us!

I prefer Discord myself and they have added a number of new features recently (like an afk notification). Both sides can give you a comparison telling you their product is better. I would rather let Slant make the comparison as a third party. https://www.slant.co/versus/5632/5637/~teamspeak-3...
Been keeping up with the "whack-a-mole" thread detailing the problems they are encountering with chat... they still haven't fixed it (and from reading one of the moderators posts... I don't think they really adequately tested their platform before putting into play and getting rid of the OpenTok system)... but they are working on it. That being said, I have downloaded both Discord and Teamspeak ... don't know how to use them... but I downloaded them. lol
If there is disagreement, it simply comes down to a vote. I already have both clients, and am GM, so will abstain, or tie-break if needed.
Doesn't matter me, as long as the chosen system works on my computer
We played another campaign Sunday using discord and it went smoothly. I also downloading TeamSpeak so whichever. I will miss part of tonight for my nephews Christmas concert. But will be there as soon as I can
I downloaded Discord. No idea if it will work or not though.
