Hello, We have a campaign of Star Wars EoTE for which we don't use the Dice tool of the Star Wars Character sheet but an external web tool (Eote Dice Roller). Thus we are doing that campaign with "Roll20 inside Hangout" as Hangout allow to have the EotE Dice Roller tool shared by all the players. It had worked fine in april-june (we didn't play that campaing since that period) but now when i try to connect again to "Roll20 inside Hangout", i have several issues that i didn't have before : - my microphone and my webcam are detected a few seconds, then undetected a few seconds, then detected again a few seconds .... - in the hangout left menu bar, there should be the display of Roll20 icon and of the EotE icon. But i don't have have any of them, and i event don't have the "..." icon. My configuration : - PC windows 10 Family version 1607 (latest version up to date) with memory 8 GB - Chrome Version 55.0.2883.87 m (64-bit) My checks so far : - I have checked the right access of chrome/google/hangout/roll20/EotE Dice Roller and all seems fine (i have compared with a friend for whom it works fine) - My webcam and microphone are working fine with hangout alone (with no roll20 inside), also fine in roll20 alone, in skype ... - I have tested with another browser (firefox, IE) and got same issue - I have delete the Chrome cache and got same issue - I have create a new user on my Windows10 computer, created a new Google account and a new Roll20 account and used them all together : same issue - I have tested with my windows firewall off : same issue - I have tested with a windows7 computer + Chrome + same webcam/microphone : it worked ! (means it's not my internet router firewall) So the root cause is somewhere between windows10/my windows configuration/hangout/roll20 but i don't get it. If you have any idea, thanks in advance.
