Dynamic Lighting - One player sees all map despite no problems with token settings

Hi, I had a strange problem where one of my players was able to see the entire map, despite having dynamic lighting on. It kinda ruined the entire dungeon for him, because he could suddenly see everything. The problem resolved a bit later when he refreshed the page.
If this comes up again, I would ask your player to try disabling his extensions and antivirus software, which can sometimes interfere with JavaScript/Dynamic Lighting. If that fails, walk him through the other steps in Solving Technical Issues .
I already have most of his data. Firefox, windows 10, no extensions except adblocker, latest edition of browser... No one is going to disable their antivirus to play on this website, but I don't know which one he is using admittedly. Anyway, thought I'd let you know. Unfortunately too late for a console log.

Why do you keep trying to blame it on extensions?  It's a process of eliminating excess variables from the equation. If you're 99% sure someone has cancer, you still try to eliminate other options before you diagnose them. It's the empirical way. Admittedly, if this is a repeating issue (and I don't know if it is the case), then I have to agree that it's probably silly to keep it asking the same questions, but if he had something installed on his PC that disrupted the javascripts on the server, it's better to get that out of the way than to begin an investigation on what might be wrong with a site function! Out of curiosity Phil, what IS causing the issue? I don't really want this to happen again. I've learned my lesson, and I'm using both fog of war and dynamic lighting now...

I believe there used to be an issue for players with a very slow internet connection(perhaps sharing a low-bandwidth connection over wifi with multiple people) that would basically allow them to see through DL barriers.  Any chance of that?

This spot-on describes the particular player's internet connection.  My buddy has always had slow internet and shares it with multiple people - and it is wifi. I believe it is better than usual at the time being though, so it's strange that it happened NOW.

Maybe it's Gremlins... or Christmas Lights?  ( Too many Christmas lights may paralyze your WiFi, but here’s how to fix it )... ;-P
