Trying to recover an old account

Hello! I'm trying to recover an old account of mine and I've noticed that the e-mail I'm 100% sure it was bound to, no longer works for some reason? What I mean by this is that when I try to get password recovery, when I put in the e-mail, it says it's not registered??? The account isn't deleted (as far as I can see on the profile page here:&nbsp;<a href="https://app.roll20.net/users/281126/revanknight" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/users/281126/revanknight</a> )
