So I cleared out my library and now I've got problems...

After reaching my 100GB limit for the second time, I deleted most of the tokens and some of the maps in my library. The first time I did this there was no problem, but now various players cannot see some maps or some or all tokens, and now I am having the same problem with some maps. I did the SHIFT+CTRL+J and this is the beginning of the Wall of Sadness I read: &nbsp;app.roll20.net/:12 Refused to execute inline script because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "script-src 'self' 'unsafe-eval' https://*.googlesyndication.com https://*.doubleclick.net <a href="https://partner.googleadservices.com" rel="nofollow">https://partner.googleadservices.com</a> <a href="https://www.googletagservices.com" rel="nofollow">https://www.googletagservices.com</a> <a href="https://ssl.google-analytics.com" rel="nofollow">https://ssl.google-analytics.com</a> <a href="https://www.google-analytics.com" rel="nofollow">https://www.google-analytics.com</a> <a href="https://ajax.googleapis.com" rel="nofollow">https://ajax.googleapis.com</a> <a href="http://ajax.googleapis.com" rel="nofollow">http://ajax.googleapis.com</a> <a href="https://d3clqjduf2gvxg.cloudfront.net" rel="nofollow">https://d3clqjduf2gvxg.cloudfront.net</a> <a href="https://cdn.firebase.com" rel="nofollow">https://cdn.firebase.com</a> https://*.firebaseio.com https://*.tokbox.com https://*.opentok.com <a href="http://static.opentok.com" rel="nofollow">http://static.opentok.com</a> <a href="http://www.google-analytics.com" rel="nofollow">http://www.google-analytics.com</a> <a href="http://cdn.crowdin.com" rel="nofollow">http://cdn.crowdin.com</a> <a href="https://crowdin.com" rel="nofollow">https://crowdin.com</a> <a href="http://stun.l.google.com" rel="nofollow">http://stun.l.google.com</a> ". I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site. Could you post the rest of the "Wall of Sadness"?
I tried to but when I cut and paste I get a 404 error.
The log takes a minute and a half to scroll and copy.

Thank you.
Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache
Let me try this a different way :)
Cutting and pasting to a Word document, the log seems to break down into three parts: app.js?1482949938:31 70 app.js?1482949938:31 TOUCH SUPPORTED: false app.js?1482949938:31 USING WEBGL ACCELERATION... app.js?1482949938:31 WEBGL STARTUP SUCCESS app.js?1482949938:26 select app.js?1482949938:26 Switch mode to select app.js?1482949938:42 Initializing new dice engine with randomness... app.js?1482949938:42 Using random entropy app.js?1482949938:47 window resize app.js?1482949938:32 Final set zoom! app.js?1482949938:31 UPDATE GL SIZE! app.js?1482949938:32 Final set zoom! tutorial_tips.js:7 tuts loaded app.js?1482949938:38 Final page load. app.js?1482949938:47 Refresh jukebox List! app.js?1482949938:37 Auth'ed. app.js?1482949938:37 Go post auth! app.js?1482949938:37 initial setup app.js?1482949938:35 T.r app.js?1482949938:47 Refresh jukebox List! app.js?1482949938:37 Got players value... app.js?1482949938:37 joining game... app.js?1482949938:35 Player -JcbyJrsKSHoj9vkqP6b is offline... app.js?1482949938:36 Global Volume: 100=1 app.js?1482949938:35 Player -JqHo-Nf5rYWCdeEAWPt is offline... app.js?1482949938:35 Player -JqHoGXFddJJIdBjeXCT is offline... app.js?1482949938:35 Player -JqI5JaWy2739-FOTO0e is offline... app.js?1482949938:35 Player -JqI5KoH7cSJo2OYxLWR is offline... app.js?1482949938:35 Player -JqI7AbmmZoR1ibVY0Yy is offline... app.js?1482949938:35 Player -JqqCW4rc__W9NTu7t8o is offline... app.js?1482949938:35 Player -KAgZKz_jKKjKEDIUWnt is offline... app.js?1482949938:35 Player -KIP1VgnAi62_wnCgnvE is offline... app.js?1482949938:37 Deferred finish joining... app.js?1482949938:31 Firebase Online app.js?1482949938:44 Loading Roll20 Chat Event Handlers app.js?1482949938:40 refershing page listings! 10app.js?1482949938:35 Full load page! app.js?1482949938:37 We have 10 pages app.js?1482949938:37 handle page changes app.js?1482949938:37 false app.js?1482949938:38 Scan for new plays! app.js?1482949938:33 Do refresh link cache! app.js?1482949938:40 refershing page listings! app.js?1482949938:35 Reorder by ZORDER app.js?1482949938:45 Refresh Journal List! app.js?1482949938:45 Search took 8ms app.js?1482949938:37 init active page! app.js?1482949938:35 activate page! app.js?1482949938:35 FULLY ACTIVATE VIEWS FOR PAGE. app.js?1482949938:47 Refresh jukebox List! app.js?1482949938:35 Graphics: 447 app.js?1482949938:35 Paths: 74 app.js?1482949938:35 Reorder by ZORDER app.js?1482949938:40 refershing page listings! and then 22 and a half pages of entries that are in the following format, starting with: app.js?1482949938:30 Error loading image, probably due to cors. I use Google Chrome on the computer I game on regularly and have not experienced this problem before. Other players experienced similar problems at various times on Tuesday night, though some others did not. I have just installed Google Chrome on the computer that I am posting from presently and have logged into the game and I see the same thing. A couple maps are there, a couple maps are missing even though all maps are in my library, and most of my tokens are gone. Thank you for your assistance.
Do these issues persist when using Firefox? Also, do these issues persist when all browser extensions and antivirus programs are disabled?
The errors are present in both Chrome and Firefox. I have cleared my cache and disabled all extensions in Chrome. The only antivirus products I use are Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes.
Maybe you could log in and see if you see the same thing?
I've brought your issue to the attention of the Roll20 Dev Team, who will take a look.

To double check that I'm not missing something important:&nbsp;Runelord Russ, the images you deleted to clear up space, are those the same images that were still being used on the Tabletop? If you delete images from the Recent Uploads folder you permanently delete it from your account and anywhere it was in use in your games. If it worked initially for your players, they were likely going off their image cache on their browsers.
Thank you for that explanation. Is this a change that happened in the past year? I ask because I had to delete most of my library previously and I did not experience this issue. Furthermore, I note that I have a map in my library that has disappeared from the play page but it is still in my library. Also, I may have missed the red WARNING message previously, but I appreciate you putting that there :)

That has been the case for as long as I can remember, since deleting the image effectively removes it from your account's storage. If you delete graphics from your library, then any image instance that was in a game will be relying on your browser's cache until it refreshes. At that point, whether your players see what you see will be up in the air. We changed how the art library was handled half a year ago so you could sort images into folders. Deleting images from custom folders doesn't remove them from your account. It only counts when you're removing them from "Recent Uploads", which is why it has that warning label in red. That missing map from the tabletop that's still in your library was probably an accidental deletion. If you catch that as it happens an undo can bring it back, but if it's noticed after the fact, you'll need to drag it in from your library and positioned back into place.
Thank you for that explanation. In the meantime, I've figured out that reducing images from 150-300kb down to 15kb will greatly increase my mileage given that I have created over 1000 unique tokens so far (and that's just over half-way through one-third of the module).

There's a couple things to double check to keep your image file size down. First is image resolution. If you're working with print materials, they're often using 300 (or higher) dpi. Make sure you knock it down to 72 DPI and using RGB. Also, use JPGs whenever possible. Only time you should be using PNGs &nbsp;is if you need transparency in the image (like tokens). You can also downgrade the image quality in photoediting software to give you even more file size mileage.
I'm using 96 DPI JPGs.
