I kind of like to view BC as a horror game of sorts more than a straight 40K game, granted, you are the monster in this game but there are also other threats out there, likely bigger and badder than you, especially at the beginning of the game but it seems like the best way to view it is as the barebones cooperation of monsters or even a pack of wolves, power may shift and change, people won't always get on, everyone has their own agendas, desires and objectives but at the same time, when the pressure is taken off, you can still, ultimately, expect people to find a way to cooperate, remember the reasons they like or at least appreciate their comrades as well as their rivalries. Chaos is by it's very nature, chaotic but it is not without it's own rules and expectations, true they are in flux, they can bend and break and they're flexible but they are there in their most basic form and it is what lets Chaos occasionally work together, that people can predict and understand their comrades, even if they don't like them. It's much like the world's most hostile work environment where you hate somebody because of their patron deity even if they're occasionally alright. As for the idea of passing the title of GM around, I'd be more than ok with running alongside even just one other person, I just wouldn't want to go it alone. If anybody else wants to hop on the GM bandwagon though, I'd be ok with that, it's not like we need everybody to be on-board with this.
