I'm using chrome, latest version, on the dev server. And every time I open the advanced menu and try sliding down to set dimensions, the layer menu pops up.
Seconding this. I'm suddenly unable to set dimensions. When I move down the submenu, it drops to the layer menu. Was working fine before this. Kind of a problem for me. Also Chrome, latest version, dev server.
