Attributes are not displayed unless a value is placed in it then they start showing in the attribute tab. Did they fill out the sheet? What sheet are you using? Blank sheet freshly made. Is this what they are seeing on the attribute tab?

im using standard rolemaster character sheet. And yes it was complete with skills and total bonus info. The player is a D&D gamer so his use of the wording 'attributes' actually means 'stats' i think.

Could you supply a screen cap of the sheet? Could you have the player that is having the issue post to this thread and explain in more detail what is the problem? I loaded it up in a test game and it loads fine for me. The default Stats show up 50 down the list in the Temp and Potential. They show up in the attribute tab after I click on them also. All the other fields show up properly also for me when I input information to them.
Also make sure the player is using Chrome or Firefox and has disabled any browser extensions/add-ons which can interfere with Roll20.

That would have been the next step, Rabulias. I wanted to see a screen cap and have the player post in the thread so that his information is here but since you mentioned it, I will post our typical troubleshooting request. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)
Thanks guys, have forwarded these tips to my player.

As the troubleshooting steps have been posted and I got the time, I will be moving this thread to the bugs forum.
