Cant see my Dm's maps, and she cant see mine if i am DM. please.

When my friend takes the roll of  DM, as a player I cant see her maps she has created and Vice verser. When I take the role of DM she as a player cant see my maps. or token or anything at all other than the while grid. Fog of war is not enabled, and I have no option for dynamic lighting. Keep in mind that we are both using Roll20 for free. Please help.

If you both are seeing different maps, did one of you drag the other person's avatar to a separate page ( splitting the part y)? Try opening the page menu (drop down map page) and dragging both of the avatars or all the avatars if the whole group is there back onto the players ribbon. That reunites the group to the same page. Not sure off hand if you are sure the group is not split.
