Dynamic Lighting not working for a single player in the campaign

Dynamic Lighting is correctly restricting LoS for everyone but a single player in my campaign who sees the whole map for some reason, despite that I've set her to see only 30 ft by 30ft in a 360 degree radius. She's tried leaving, refreshing, even making a brand new account. Nothing is working
I'm so sorry about my avatar, I'm not actually angry, I'm a Canadian. This was a drawing by a player of one of the grouchy NPC's
Have your player make sure that JavaScript is enabled in her browser. Additionally, if she is using Chrome, she may want to toggle Hardware Acceleration in Chrome settings.

Hi, Oscar L. I'm sorry to hear that your player is having issues. Could you ask her to carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, she should thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

Apparently it works fine on firefox, but not on chrome. Weird. Thanks for the help
Glad to hear you've found a solution. I'll mark this as resolved; feel free to open a new thread if you experience any other issues.

I nearly snorted my coffee reading that! :3 Oscar L. said: Rabulias said: Have your player make sure that JavaScript is enabled in her browser. She says it's still not working, both were already enabled I wanted to reopen this so I could explain this further. Chrome recently changed how Hardware Acceleration runs in the browser (within the past couple weeks). We have reports that for some users, if they had this browser feature enabled(or disabled) in the past, once the update happened, it caused issues with how DL was processing. If she was running Chrome with Hardware Acceleration already enabled, she might want to try disabling it to see if that makes any difference since Chrome's update.
