Am a fan myself, unfortunately I imagine it'd be pretty hard to replicate balance for One Piece. But who knows. Would be awesome to overlook a game if it existed!

One Piece d20 is actually a pretty good system for it. Been running it for a while now. Only problem is that the website is down for it (most likely permanently) so it would be difficult to find. You'd have to find someone who already has it and get them to send it to you over Skype or something.
