Hello all! As a player, I understand finding a game can be complicated and often sought for enmasse. Given that feel free to post your thoughts and or introduction after reading the tldr at the end. :) I am setting up an Apocalypse World campaign and am looking for players to share an adventure with. I Have an LFG post setup . That being said feel free to post here on the forums, on the campaign listing, or message me. Most information here will be generally copy-pasted from the campaign page. You will begin in the remnants of Astoria, a tattered land. There are murmurs of a time before the land was turned inhospitable. However, those who remember or know of the truth are few and far between. There are also dreams of a land that would provide sanctuary and safety, but above all else comfort. The world is ruled by 1 rule: Survival. The people you meet are hardened by the wastes, but the way the wastes change a person is to be seen. Friends come cheap and almost always external motivators what might those be? Settlements are erected and torn down as factions vie for power and what few resources remain. How will the party determine the fates of those around them? Apocalypse World is a game that has mature themes in itself and the post-apocalypse setting is one accustomed to having gruesome themes that are designed to make people think and feel. Note: The world will be crafted around the players, I am not going to sit them into a campaign where they are merely on a train-ride through my story or feel as though they only can do what is allowed. APOCALYPSE WORLD IS AS MUCH ABOUT THE PLAYERS MAKING THE STORY AS THE DM We will try to start around about 2pm EST, but that can change a few hours here and there. Campaigns will last 3-4 hours maybe longer if we get too embroiled. I would like to start with 6 players, in the event that people don't show up. tldr. 18+ Mature Campaign (It Is Apoc World after all...), Storytelling focus, homebrewed and fun loving :) Possible Template for Introduction (just to help people feel comfortable, break the norm if you feel it) Name: Something interesting about you: Any character ideas: Experience with Role-playing (including what type of player you are [self-defined]): Favorite Song:
