Hi, I am looking for a few new or experienced players for a homebrew Skyrim inspired D&D 5e campaign. I repeat new players are welcome and so are experianced players. More Information on the theme and such will be listed at the end of this post . I am also looking for a DM who is willing to take the reigns but keep true to the heart of this campaign. I don't have many prefernces for play style as i like all aspects of D&D so if you a DM who is heavy into the rp aspect, that's great. If you are more of an Action packed battle happy DM thats great too. I am willing to work with most play styles. I do prefer that the players and DM adhere to the Play Nice Clauses even though there will fighting in game, i would like for everyone to get along with each other ^.^' as little drama as possible is preferred! Also since i assume there will be suggestive themes, blood, drugs and more than gore i have labeled the game +18, i hope no one cares about that ^.^ By the way, right now the date for starting the campaign is changeable, I'm flexible about working with everyone's schedule and once everyone is signed up for the campaign i will set a solid date for it. Thank you for your time, may the ground quake as you pass. ~Ok here is the details for the campaign so far~ --[Game Intro]-- Daedra are dangerously cunning and deceitful creatures by nature. The powerful Daedric Princes seem exceptionally prone to making pacts with mortals out of whimsy or boredom and are even more tricky to deal with. And there is never a shortage of mortals looking to make a deal with such beings... As the ages pass in the land of Tamriel, the Daedric Princes seem more and more restless as mortals became increasingly less inclined to strike bargains due to the ever expanding influence of the Vigilant's of Stendarr. Now only the most brave, powerful or foolish actively worship or deal with daedra. Even mages who study Conjuration either do so in secret or live under the ever present knowledge that they could be accused as a daedra worshiper and so 'interrogated' to death by the Vigil. A rare few have been seen as full of potential and so have been deemed worth by the Daedric Princes. These few where visited by one of the Princes in turn and offered a deal.... The Deal was similar for each Prince, though some were forward with saying it and others concealed their motives by twisting their words. -The Deal- Each of the Princes offered the mortal a 'New Start' and their boon (Daedric Artifact and Blessings) to one mortal they deemed worthy. In return they wanted the mortal to be their champion and in one way or another spread their influence and gather worshipers. The catch was(whether the Daedra said exactly so or not) the new start was on a different world... A World Of Which they would either Thrive or Die. --[Game Description and Such]-- Hello, This game is goes by D&D 5e rules but with a twist. As you may have noticed it will be heavily influenced by Skyrim and TES series. You can be any of the playable races in The Elder Scrolls Series(i will allow Modded Races that are lore friendly to skyrim, aka Ohmes-raht and Maromer) Or in D&D. I would like their to be at least 5 players and 1 GM. You get to pick which Daedra 'sponsers' you. But only one person per daedra. Since their are 16 Princes and 5 players, this means any daedra not chosen for a players sponser will have a wandering npc as their 'Chosen' one. I will not be GM because I have no experience GMing. GM that gets picked can change things accordingly. Even though players have 'sponsers' like warlocks and will be given two daedric boons (warlock spells and artifacts) you can choose any class you wish along with that. But if you want to be a warlock i think you should get 2 extra cantrips at the start. Can't Wait to see how this goes, I hope to have a fun and eventful campaign! Character Name: Ma'Pipri Race: Ohmes-raht Khajiit (The Ohmes-raht is a taller, more beastlike breed than their cousins, the Ohmes . Their height and skeletal features resemble that of Men , and at a distance they can easily be mistaken for Men. However, their major difference is in their light colored fur and tail.) Age: 23 Class: Rogue Daedric Prince: Sheogorath Alignment: Chaotic Good Character Appearance/Description: Ma'Pipri is an Ohmes-raht Khajiit with snow white fur. Her catlike eyes are glowing red with yellow highlights. Being an Ohmes-raht she looks almost human, with the exception of her fur, catlike ears,eyes, and tail. She also has short sabre teeth indicating to those in the know of what she truly is, if her eyes did not give her away. Her thick black hair drapes wildly around her shoulders. She is 5"3 and somewhere between 120-125 lbs Her frame is plump for a khajiit, but not overly heavy, more buxom than anything. Her tail is prehensile and her fingernails are strong like claws. She likes to wear dark colored hide armor and dark clothes to hide better in the shadows, since her white fur is easier to spot. She covets dual weilding, one mace one short sword. Character Background: As a cub Pipri loved to explore. Her mother Ko'Viyra though, wished for her to stay close to the caravan at all times. Being very naive of nature and heavily protected from 'suitors' by her mother even after she came of age, she earned the title of Ma'Pipri do to her ongoing innocence. Though her mother taught her how to fight when she was old enough, she had no real experience in battle. Until week after her 23'rd birthday, when her mother was questioned by a group from the Vigilant of Stendarr about selling a Conjuration spell book to an adventurer. When they tried to arrest her she jumped to her mother's defense and they slaughtered them as the rest of the caravan watched in terror. That night they were told they were not welcome with the caravans anymore, so the two struck out on their own and three days later as the were on the road to Riften they were ambushed by the Vigil, who sought vengeance and but got death. And Though those Vigilant's were slain the battle the cost of victory was great as Ko'Viera lost her life as well. She continued on, greif stricken and unaware of her surroundings. As night fell she took cover in a cave, and fell into a deep sleep. When she awoke she was in a bed, and when she looked around she was in a rundown fort of some kind. It turned out to be Fort Dawnguard and she was soon on here way to Dimhollow Crypt to see what the vampires sought. After clumsily killing everything in the Crypt along the way through she met a Vampire named Serana who seemed confused and in need of help. She ended up helping Ma'Pipri more than the khajiit helped her. And after finally making it out, she escorted the vampire back to her home. On the way, the khajiit and Vampire became fast freinds and when they arrived at Serana's home, the khajiit was very intimidated by the fearsome looking castle, and even more nervous when Serana warned her to not attack the denizens within. They entered the castle and Ma'Pipri followed closely and cautiosly behind Serana and shivered as she heard the voice which welcomed Serana home. Standing in the middle of the room with Serana, and glancing nervously at the vampires lining the tables of the hall she nearly jumped as the man address her directly for the first time... The moment she actually laid eyes on him she thought her heart stopped. He was so fierce looking, but also quite handsome for a Vampire.. as she shook those thoughts from her head she answered his questions with as much courage and confidence as she could muster. Which appearantly was funny to this 'Lord Harkon' as a glimmer of humor shone in his eyesleep for a split second before, stroking his beard he offered his blood to her. Not quite understanding, she asked what he meant and after be explained that it would not only turn her into a Vampire but also give her vast power to make men quake before her, almost too eagerly she accepted. Which brought a smirk to Harkins lips as he told her to 'be still' and she could not move as he walked to her, tilted her head to the side and bit her. She quickly passed out and when she awoke, she was a vampire.... Months passed and she grew closer and closer the Harkon, much to the displeasure of Serana. Harkon held her in high favor, as she was the only one to ever survive his embrace. They had fallen in love, though Harkon showed it in presents and blood and she showed in affection and loyalty. She did all that was asked of her, until she found out her planed to blot out the sun... so when she finally got her hands on Auriel's Bow , she fled and decided to never return to the castle for she thought should he ever obtain the bow such power would drive him over the edge into complete madness. So for his own good she begged the only beings she knew could help hide her, the daedra, for she knew he would never rest until he found her and the bow. She hid in the Pelagius Wing where no one would disturb her and prayed to any being that could help her. That is when Sheogorath made contact by bringing her to Pelagius's mind. After solving his puzzles and being both threatened and flattered by the Mad God, he offered a deal that would solve all her problems. He would send her and the bow to a new world, saying it was "the last thing Harkon would suspect", he would even give her the Wabbajack and his "blessing" if she allowed him into her mind for 1 hour a day. She was desperate and so she agreed to the deal and was with a flash was transported to this "other world". She looked around confused, she was obviously in an Inn and the Owner greeted her and seemed to be under the impression that her room was paid already paid for.
