[Bug] Unable to get/set Character bio or gmnotes via API

This only appears to be affecting the dev server. Attempting to set the bio or gmnotes on a character doesn't generate an error, but it doesn't set them either. Attempting to get them results in a very large integer being returned.

Dev Server Update 10/25: Split the Party, External Journal Access, Public Campaigns, Journal Linking, and more! Important API Note The "bio", "gmnotes", and "notes" fields in the API for Dev Server campaigns are currently read-only, and the data in them is not going to be correct (e.g. you'll get something like "1234567823" when you do get('bio')). They will be re-enabled after I have some time to work on the API, which is scheduled to be about 2 weeks from now according to our internal Rugged Reroll schedule. Just FYI.
