Please help- I signed up for the premium account maybe a year ago and thought it was a one time charge. Shortly after that I stopped using Roll20 but recently R20 has been trying to auto bill my credit card almost daily. I've sent several emails asking for this to stop but your emails keep coming demanding money. I am not using your premium services and have no interest in using them further. Will you please downgrade me to the regular account that doesn't require an annual fee. Also, you could try responding to your emails. Also, the phone number in the emails (from Rich) is bad. Thanks!
