Macros Inside Drop Down Menu Selections

One of my players and I have been wracking our brains trying to figure out if its possible to actually have a macro executed (with attributes, not just a number roll) after making a selection on the drop down menu. We have tried several different ways of doing it and none have been successful. Is it actually possible or does the drop down menu not allow for attribute macros?
