Use the Compendium tab on the Roll20 tabletop to find Monster Manual entries, and drag & drop monster tokens from the book into your pre-existing adventures. Or browse the site version of the Compendium for new ideas on terrifying monsters to throw at your players! According to the pre-order page on roll20, yes.

Just to lend further credence to what Kyle G. posted, I verified this with the devs this morning: Compendium Monster Manual Access will include dragging fully filled out tokens onto the map for immediate use, just like Volo's Guide to Monsters.
