Dunno if this has been posted before, but for the longest time I was unable to see Dynamic Lighting. As a player or as a GM, it really bugged me since it's one of my favorite features of Roll20. If you're using Chrome or Firefox, I recommend updating your browser. This may be a common fix, but it took me a long time to figure it outr because I found nothing when I looked it up on google.
