Hey there! I've been noticing increasing server stability problems in the past few weeks, today being especially heavy. The roll20 status says that there's often disruptions of service. What's going on?
Are you having issues once you are in-game? Or while browsing the site (e.g. forums, campaign details, etc.)? We are seeing some issues with the real-time sync server which would be affecting in-game stuff, but just want to double-check and make sure it's not another issue.
Same as Metroknight. My players are having a really hard time getting in game right now, I've had problems going through my list of campaigns. I also noticed that I've been disconnecting and reconnecting every once in a while, especially today and yesterday. I know you're doing your best, I'm not mad or anything, just wondering what's happening and all.
<a href="http://status.roll20.net/" rel="nofollow">http://status.roll20.net/</a> shows a lot of RTS shards in trouble today. (Also got disconnects and 404s.)
We're keeping folks updated on Twitter: <a href="http://twitter.com/roll20app/status/39997131185612" rel="nofollow">http://twitter.com/roll20app/status/39997131185612</a>... <a href="http://twitter.com/roll20app/status/39997271817273" rel="nofollow">http://twitter.com/roll20app/status/39997271817273</a>... Hopefully we'll be fully patched up soon. Sorry for the trouble.
Well it's been up and stable for the past 15 minutes or so. Which is a good sign. At this point we're in the "break it to fix it" phase so assuming that part is over soon (and it should be) you should have a much smoother experience tonight than people had last night :-)
