Session 2 brief recap

This week the party explored an underground center of cult activity beneath Red Larch! The Bringers of Woe failed to bring much woe, but they did get a few good shots off. An "earth priest" escaped the party alone, dropping some effective low level spells on his way out the door. A series of ritual murders had taken place, and some townsfolk will need to answer some questions about that shady business. The party intends to follow up on that in the next session. Lacking a specialist magic user, the party didn't have immediate explanations for floating stones in some of the areas of the dungeon. The party killed an old man who was trying to play down his culpability in criminal activity but otherwise in the process of telling them a bunch of stuff they wanted to know. Oops. Viktor has a dark side.
