Dynamic Lighting not functioning

I'm not exactly sure what is going on or how to deal with it, however in every game I enter and try to use my dynamic lighting in (whether I'm a player or GM) it isn't working. Fog of War works just fine, and the dynamic lighting works for everyone else but me. Again, I'm not sure what the problem is or how to fix it.

Deleting cookies made the map go dark...all of them. Even ones without dynamic lighting set on them. None of the tokens are shown to have vision even though it's set for them to have it.

When I choose to "inspect" these two errors pop up regardless of which game I'm in. I don't know if they're the problem, but they seem to be the only thing that's similar. If you are using Chrome, you may want to try toggling Hardware Acceleration off or on in Chrome's Settings and see if that fixes it.

So far I've done the following: Deleted cookies (twice, once before hardware acceleration and after) Toggled hardware acceleration on, off, on, and off again. It's currently off right now. Refreshed the page numerous times. Checked different games with the same settings. Inspected the page source (finding the thing I mentioned up above) Is there anything else that can be done to fix this?

Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox . Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache This is different than deleting cookies. It forces the browser to refresh all temp information for that page. If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

Step 1 results: The issue is only happening on Chrome, and only on my laptop. On my phone it works normally, and on Firefox using my laptop it works normally. Step 2 results: I've turned my extensions / anti-virus on and off just to make sure, nothing changed. Step 3 results: I cleared my cache earlier but forgot to mention it, and I just did now to no avail. Sorry for not mentioning it earlier, but that was checked along with deleting cookies. Jeremy, I've tested your account on Chrome on Windows 10 and OSX and both worked as expected. That suggests to me that the issue has to do with the instance of Chrome on your laptop. Is it possible there is an addon or extension or setting that's interfering with WebGL running. Does the problem happen if you're running in incognito mode? I've just tested it a few seconds ago (in incognito first and then normal Chrome) and have had no problems - the dynamic lighting was working just fine, with all add-ons disabled it didn't change the way things were working - before or now. I'm hoping it was something up with my laptop in this case...but I'm not sure what caused this error to stop coming up.
