
So a month or so ago I had a serious issue where Roll20 took money and didn't give me the Plus account to go with it, and had to jump through a few hoops to fix it. It was an irritating experience that showed a bad side of Roll20s account management. And here we go again. A player of mine sent me 100 dollars in credit to use on Roll20 to purchase a year of Pro. Because he's a good guy like that. So I used it, it went through, I had pro. Great. Get on today? Pro is gone, I'm a free user. It still shows in my account management section the invoice where I used the 99.99 to buy the year, but I'm a free user. Last time my account got screwed up I had to email their account team to get it fixed. Now, looking all over the site, I can't find their email anywhere that a sane person would put it. So either 1. I'd like someone to just fix this issue for me or 2. A mod to point out where the email address is located so I can use it and get it fixed.
