I may just be missing the option, but is there any way to copy maps between campaigns? I could resort to using print screen and copying the image manually, but I'm hoping there is a better solution.

There's a tool called the Transmogrifier that allows you to transfer elements between campaigns. It's a mentor subscription level feature.

You can also copy/extend your campaign then remove what you don't want. That feature is available to everyone. If you were wondering about copying your maps to someone elses campaign there is no way (as of yet) to do that. You would have to make your maps outside roll20 and then send them to the other person through a 3rd party means like skype, dropbox, email, etc..
