[5e Compendium] access to Marketplace content

I just purchased the Monster Manual. I thought this content was tied to my games, but a player I promoted to GM is not seeing any of it in the Compendium. Do I have to be logged into the game with the purchasing account? I am logging in with an alternate as a player.

It is accessible by the person that purchased it, no matter the campaign you're in. It's tied to your account, not your game.
