Pop out Character Sheet Extremely Slow

Hello all,  Its been a few versions and now my pop out character sheet likes to hang quite often. If I change windows at all it constantly hangs. I'll attempt to scroll up and click something and I'll wait between 2 and 10 seconds. My computer is not slow in the least bit. I have one of the newest i7s and a GTX970m so I'm not sure its a hardware issue. I use roll20 in chrome, at the time of writing this its Version 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit).  Any ideas on how to troubleshoot? Is there anything I can do? Is this a bug I can help a dev reproduce?

I might try toggling hardware acceleration in Chrome . If that fails, we can try the standard troubleshooting.

It might also help to know what character sheet you are using and how much data you have filled in on the character. If you do not pop-out the sheet, is it more responsive? If you create a new character with minimal stats, do you experience the same problem? Do you have many character Journals in your campaign? Too many might cause some lag. If you start a new campaign and a new character do you experience the problem?
