Journal broken: sheets, folders and handouts overlapping

When I open this one specific campaign, the Journal, Art Library and Jukebox tabs are all messed up, making it very hard to use them as normal. Everything is overlapping. I have a session tomorrow and no clue how to solve this. I'm using Google Chrome Version 56.0.2924.87, Windows 10.

Tried both firefox and chrome and I keep having the problem, hard refreshing a couple times works but once I close the page I keep getting the issue

Ok, so firstly I want to say thanks for all the responses. I still have no idea what caused this issue, but after reloading the page a couple of times it went back to normal. It happened afterwards once more, but again reloading solved it.
