Macros I cannot delete

Hey all, I recently went back to an old campaign and would like to change the macros. There are some old macros that for some reason show up in the macro bar but not in the settings (see pics). Does anyone have an idea of what might be happening? Thanks a lot!

Are they character macros instead of system macros? As in tied to a character sheets ability "Show in macro bar" checkbox?

If you shift-click them, it will open them to edit wherever they are.  If they are on a character, it will open that character.  If they are on a character, you can then click the √ to get out of edit mode and uncheck 'Show in Macro Bar', or just delete them.  You can also hover over the button and grab the handle that appears on the right side and drag the button off the bar via that handle.
