Hey all, I am running another 5E game, set in the same world as my other, on Monday nights at 8 EST. This will be a biweekly game and I will post the description under this as well as the link to the LFG section so you can apply for the game. In the world there are five artifacts of great power, each of these artifacts have a different power. The Alerast, the Codex, the Philosopher’s Stone, the Arcanum, and the Shade. These artifacts were lost to time until five hundred years ago when a mage found the Arcanum, a source of untold magical knowledge. With this he founded a society of magicians and this became the Magedom of Ishtall. Two hundred years ago a scholar from the Kingdom of Justar found the Alerast which allowed them to become a great and powerful nation rivaling Ishtall. Soon after two other great nations rose, alliances formed in order to protect themselves against the great powers of Justar and Ishtall. These other two nations call themselves Draconia and the Imperium. Nearly a ninety years ago these four nations entered into a war over whom should bear these artifacts and to find the other three remaining artifacts. Over time battle lines changed, alliances formed, then fell apart. Currently the war is in a state of a free for all and each nation is trying to gather support from the surrounding smaller nations and hiring mercenaries to supplement their depleting military powers. Strangers find themselves caught in the winds of destiny, little do they know how how the world needs them.... GM Note: Your characters need a backstory (look at the LFG post to see the world info) and you can be anything from a soldier in one of the four great nations to a normal traveler or farm hand. How you meet, well that's up to the winds of destiny. See the link below for a VERY brief rundown of the nations listed above.
I wanted to keep some details out of sight to allow some freedom in
character creation if you choose to make one of the nation a large part
of your backstory. Feel free to post an app and ask questions as needed. As
for how the party meets...Think Dragon Age Origins or Inquisition where
it is about 10% chance, 30% situational, and 60% destiny. :) <a href="https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/69429/avalon-fa" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/69429/avalon-fa</a>...
